Pool House Pricing & Financing

Invest in your own private oasis with a custom pool house, cabana, or pergola. The cost of your poolside structure will vary depending on a number of factors including:

Size & dimensions
Model
Roofing & style
Flooring
Finishing (such as wiring, heating, cooling, and insulation)
Customizations

When it comes to paying for your structure, you can expect to pay:

10% at signing
50% once design is finalized
30% when the unit or kit is ready to ship and be installed
Final 10% upon completion of job.

For financing, we recommend consulting your preferred bank or credit union to inquire about loans or home improvement financing. We also partner with LightStream, one of the nation’s leading financial services companies.
